Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within a period of 2 to 10 working days Depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions or other circumstances out of our control.

Delivery prices in Canada

• $ 65 and more commands (before taxes) : Delivery free.
• Commands of less than $ 65 (before taxes) : Delivery costs $ 9.99

International delivery

Delivery is available to certain international destinations. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout depending on the weight of the package and the destination. Customs fees and local taxes can apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport and responsibility

Once the order has been shipped, The Souk Factory is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by the carrier. In the event of a problem with delivery, the customer must contact the carrier directly with the follow -up number provided.
